Spiritual growth happens best when people "do life" together.

 A LIFE group is 3 or 4 people of the same gender who come together to build relationships through encouragement, accountability, guidance and prayer so that all members experience life transformation and growth through Christ. 

 In LIFE groups we are encouraged to share our thoughts, feelings, struggles, and joys while applying Biblical principles in our daily lives.  In these trusting groups, each member agrees that what is said in the group will remain confidential and differences of opinions will be respected. 

 At each meeting members focus on these three purposes –life, disciplines, and questions.  Members talk about their daily lives, they study spiritual disciplines, and they ask each other spiritual questions. 

 Sojourn's desire is to create environments where spiritual growth can happen.
